Sometimes you might need to clear all the settings on the stick and start the setup from scratch. If things aren't working correctly, such as the stick won't connect to your wireless network, you can clear all the user settings on the stick, without deleting any updates you may have done since your purchase. There are 2 ways to clear the user settings:
 

1) While the stick is plugged into a USB port (ie, powered on) take a paper clip and press the reset button on the side and count 6 flashes of the led then depress the button.
 

2) On the Management Page in the bottom right corner, there is a blue 'Configuration' button. Click this and then select the button to 'Clear all user settings'. Verify that this is what you really want to do, and then click yes. This will clear all the settings.
 

You will need to put the Wireless Media Stick™ into a PC/Mac USB port to setup the wireless connection and shared folders again.
