NOTE: THIS IS FIXED IN SOFTWARE VERSION 2.x . Please update your software on your stick by going to management page and clicking the Update Available button. If you are having the issue where the stick gives the above message you will need to run the setup again, connect properly and then immediately (the last step of the setup wizard) open the Management Page and perform the update!

Usually, the 'Wireless Network Unavailable' error means the stick can not connect to the wifi network, or, is taking too long to read all the files. It could be the stick is trying to read more than 1 TB of files, and is timing out. However, if you see this error every time you unplug the stick from your pc, and plug it into a media player, you might just need to clear your user settings and setup the stick again. This will clear the error.

To clear user settings -

1) Setup the stick on your pc, and at the last step, select to open the 'Management Page'

2) On the management page, there is a blue 'config' button in the bottom right, next to the orange 'question mark'.

3) Click the blue config button and in the popup, click the button to 'Clear User Settings'. Confirm this is what you want to do.

The stick will reset (the setup drive will disappear) and when the setup drive appears again, please run the setup and connect to your wifi. You shouldn't see the error 'Wireless Network Unavailable' anymore.

If you still see this error after this procedure, please ensure you have under 1 TB and/or 25,000 files shared, and ensure you have good signal bars on the management page.
