The first step in troubleshooting this issue, is to ensure your router wireless settings have the 'Channel Width' set to 40mHz and not 20. This can be done on your router management page. This setting should solve this issue.
We have found that the stock firmware on many models of Samsung TV can sometimes cause the stick to reset in the middle of viewing. We have four Samsung TVs in our office for testing and found this problem. After updating all the Samsung TV firmware on each TV, the stick works fine now. If you have a Samsung TV and are having trouble with the stick, please upgrade your Samsung TV firmware. You can find your model of TV here, and also the firmware file and upgrade instructions for each TV. Basically, you download the .exe update file to a USB stick, run that file to extract the full directory and update files to the USB stick. Plug the stick into the TV and choose Menu on the remote. Browse down to Support, and then Software Upgrade. Choose to Upgrade by USB and follow the onscreen instructions.
Samsung has obviously updated their USB drivers in this update and it will work better with the stick.
