If you have a shared folder with all your files setup, and copy some new files into the folder, they won't show up on the stick until you reset the stick. This can be as easy as unplugging it, or plugging it in, or, you can go to the Management Page, click on the config button, and on the popup that comes up, you can reset the stick there.
After the stick has reset, all the new files will be there.
